**Some important details**:
Warehouse Address - 175 Haggart Ave., Winnipeg. MB - Unit #5

Shift Time: 7:30-8:00am - Till 5:00pm (7:00pm to 9:00pm )

Wage: As per company

**Some of what you will do**:
Assist in the delivery of office supplies and furniture on assigned routes while meeting internal schedule and quality standards. Provide customer service to customers by assisting with problem resolution as required. May occasionally be a back-up driver (NR-waiting for feedback from Sil on if this still applies) All Driver Helpers cannot be a back-up driver as a license is not mandatory for helper-PS.

**Specifically, you will**:
Deliver products and accept returns from customers as per their requirements while obtaining signatures and completing all required paperwork.

Address and resolve customer feedback and inform supervisor of outstanding issues.

Engage in safe work practices and ensure cleanliness of vehicle is maintained.

Interact daily with warehouse and transportation staff as well as customers.

**Qualifications**:
**Some of what you need**:
Able to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted; experience using hand truck/dolly preferred.

Able to navigate and read a map and use mobile Proof of Delivery devices.

Proficient in customer service, verbal and written communication, problem solving, time management and organization.

Must be a team player and able to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced setting under time constraints.

A driver's license would be an asset but not required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push/pull, or balance weight for extended periods of time.

The employee must frequently lift, move, and/or carry up to a maximum of 70 pounds unassisted or may use dolly type equipment to deliver product to customers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near mechanical equipment.

Perform duties throughout assigned route in all kinds of weather and road conditions.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
