The Food Court, which comprised of Chickn'Wich, Baskin Robbins, and Pizza Hut Express, at the Howard Johnson by the Falls is currently seeking to a fill a Food Counter Supervisor position.

As a Food Counter Supervisor, you will play a key role in contributing to our guest satisfaction by ensuring the highest food quality and customer service and by supervising a small team of Food Counter Attendants.

**Start**:ASAP.

**Shifts**:Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Type**:Full-Time

**Compensation**:$18.25 per hour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide supervision and guidance to team members, inclusive of on-the-job training and quality control.
- Support daily operations, including monitoring inventory levels and handling cash.
- Lead the Food Court Team when General Manager or Assistant Managers are not available.
- Prepare and present main meals and side orders.
- Provide customer service to all guests, including processing transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant.
- Clean and maintain all food storage and preparation equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Comply with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of restaurant experience.
- Supervisory or management experience considered an asset.
- Able to stand for several hours at a time.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain positive relationships with employees and customers.
- Ability to manage a variety of activities simultaneously.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends, and up to 2:30am
