**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage food handling procedures to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions and reporting.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct interviews for new hires, assisting in the recruitment process.
- Ensure that all food service operations meet company standards for quality and presentation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain effective communication regarding menu items and special requests.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in the hospitality or food industry, with a strong understanding of food service operations.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Proficient in cash handling and financial reporting practices.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food handling techniques and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers alike.
- Experience in cooking or kitchen management is a plus.

Pay: From $18.65 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
