**Job description**:
We are seeking for a Server who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service in our hybrid service model, to join our team. In this role, you will assist guests with placing and paying for their orders at the counter. For dine-in guests, you will ensure they are seated comfortably and receive their food promptly at the table.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet guests as they arrive.
- Assist guests with placing their orders and processing payments at the counter accurately and efficiently.
- Provide guests with recommendations about the menu items and upselling specials or promotions
- Accompany dine-in guests to their tables after they have placed their orders.
- Promptly deliver food and beverages to the table, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Provide guests with excellent service, addressing any needs or concerns
- Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash and process payments using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness, organization of the dining area and following all restaurant safety and sanitation procedures

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year prior experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Certifications**:

- A food handlers certification is mandatory

Pay: $16.55-$18.55 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
