About Urban Piping

Urban Piping is Canada’s leader in Poly B replacement and a trusted name in professional plumbing and renovation services. We’re preparing to franchise our brand nationwide, and we’re looking for a motivated Project Coordinator / Site Manager to help us manage projects and support our continued growth.

The Role

This is a remote position—most of your work will be done from home or other remote locations, but daily site visits are mandatory.

You must be adaptable and self-motivated, able to work independently without constant supervision while maintaining strong communication with both our internal team and our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate plumbing and drywall subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
- Enforce Urban Piping’s high standards for quality and safety.
- Provide homeowners with updates and progress photos throughout each project.
- Conduct pre-project and final walk-throughs with clients.
- Collect final payments and help clients submit reviews.
- Contribute to company growth: Identify opportunities to improve our processes and help shape this role so it can be implemented successfully across future franchise locations.

**Qualifications**:

- Background in construction, renovations, or plumbing; knowledge of Poly B piping is a strong asset.
- Management or supervisory experience with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Housecall Pro, CompanyCam, and ClickUp, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Your own reliable vehicle and a clean driver’s record (daily site visits are required).
- Self-starter mindset with proven success working independently from home or remote locations.
