- Submit claims and estimates to insurance companies, and collect copayments
- Manage the recall database, following up with patients who are due for hygiene
- Follow up on estimate responses and book treatment plans
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive patient information
- Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients, and communicate in an effective manner
- Order supplies of different kinds and maintain inventory (e.g. stationary, etc.).
- Perform opening/closing procedures for the office

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the dental field is required (2+ years preferred)
- Experience using ClearDent practice management software is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Punctual and reliable

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
