**Fleet Manager**
We are a Transportation company that specializes in 3PL Freight Management, Warehousing/Distribution and Cross Border Transportation; Our Transport Division is currently looking to recruit a Manager for our growing fleet.
This is a salary position with benefits, we require a detail oriented individual who thrives in a fast past environment. The position of Fleet Manager is a permanent, full time position requiring occasional afterhours on-call availability.
**Manage the following day to day operations that include**:
- Monitor cross border documentation; ie Manifesting ACE-ACI
- Data and order entry accuracy for invoicing
- Monitor and auditing driver logs to ensure compliance and safe operation.
- Monitor administrative duties such as IFTA reporting, licensing of drivers and vehicles, CVOR/abstract reporting
- Communicate with drivers and customer to ensure pickup and delivery schedules are met
- Recruit drivers
- Manage Budgets
- Manage Health and Safety Protocols
- Manage CTPAT / PIP regulations
**Qualifications**
- Experience in cross border transportation environment
- Strong organization skills with attention to details to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Above average computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Work well independently as well as in a team environment
**Experience**:
- is a must, minimum 2 years in a transportation management
**Requirements**:
- Criminal background check
- Own vehicle
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
