We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to become part of a great team in Ottawa. In this role, you’ll be a very important part of the day-to-day operation of the company. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet, remain cool-headed in a crisis, and juggle multiple priorities seamlessly. You’ll be spending your time dealing with technicians and customers and will be arranging and following up on service calls. Specific experience with dispatching is ideal, particularly in a HVAC environment.

**Advantages**
- Pay range starting at $22.00 per hour, but depends on experience
- Monday-Friday day shifts (6:00-5:30)

**Responsibilities**
- Monitors and tracks progress of service calls throughout the day
- Coordinate annual, monthly and weekly maintenance calls
- Receive incoming service calls
- Service as a single point of contact for all internal and external customers
- Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints
- Weekends On-Call

**Qualifications**

Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset

2-3 years of service coordination experience

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Critical and logical thinking skills
