**North 44 Properties is looking for capable maintenance and construction minded individuals to join our team of maintenance technicians. You must have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in general construction, plumbing and electrical repairs within a residential setting.** Working knowledge of a wide variety of maintenance and construction tasks, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plaster/drywall repair, painting and general finishing are required.Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties.
- Mow lawn either by hand or using a riding lawnmower.
- Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
- Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
- Shovel snow from walkways and sprinkle ice down to keep people from falling.
- Sweep walkway of debris.
- Build Gardens from pressurized wood
- Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger.
- Trim shrubs and pull weeds.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping.
- Install lawn furniture.
- Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed.
- Install rock, cement, lighting, water, and furniture.
- Shovel Snow on entire property
- Sand and Salt Sidewalks and Walkways

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
