**Prep** - Ensure Material Supply - Load and Unload Molds

**Operate** - Create molded parts using multiple presses

**Quality** - Ensure work is consistent and to specification

**Adamson Systems Engineering** is a manufacturer of high-performance audio products located in beautiful Port Perry, Ontario. Our production environment contains state-of-the-art equipment, ranging from machining centres, which includes lathes, milling machines, punching machines and band saws.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate hydraulic presses to manufacture plastic compression molded parts
- Prepare, set up, and adjust hydraulic presses as required
- Ensure that there are sufficient raw materials available
- Prepare raw material for molding
- Inspect products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance
- Maintain a clean work area
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans
- Basic computer and math skills

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of experience in compression molding, injection molding or related work preferred
- Manufacturing experience

**Physical Requirements**:

- Physically able to operate a press
- Capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
