Reporting directly to the Director, Corporate Quality, the **Project Manager, Strategic Quality Projects** will lead and oversee special quality initiatives that support the strategic objectives of the Global Quality Organization, in alignment with Aurora Cannabis Inc.’s quality strategy. **As the**Project Manager, Strategic Quality Projects** **you wil**l be involved in **
- Leading and manage the delivery of key quality projects to support implementation of the global quality strategy and quality improvement plans
- Gathering requirements, evaluate, and determine objectives, goals, and the scope of complex projects.
- Managing and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Working cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders to ensure understanding and ownership of deliverables
- Working closely with Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams in Canada and the European Union to ensure compliance across all relevant regulations.
- Managing or resolve any issues that may arise between deliverables, projects, or functional groups
- Partnering with other functional areas to establish and cultivate the Quality Culture at the sites
- Being available for on-site support at facilities to support the Quality team(s) throughout the projects for successful execution, as required
- Other duties as required

**You would be the best fit for this role if you have**
- A Bachelor’s Degree and/or college diploma in Engineering, Science, Technical discipline, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in an operational environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- 3+ years of experience in a product/project management role
- Knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems
- In depth knowledge of GMP regulations such as EU-GMP
- PMP Designation and/or LEAN six-sigma certification is considered an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Working knowledge of ERP systems is considered an asset
- Ability to travel, as required.
