Brandt has a position available for a Revenue Invoicing Administrator in our Regina, SK Head Office location. This position is responsible for the administration and invoicing of equipment sales including account reconciliations and special reports. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Preparing and posting journal entries
- Complete vehicle registrations
- Purchase extended warranty contracts
- Receipting of trades into inventory
- Reconciliations of various general ledger accounts
- Review and validate sales commissions
- Develop goals and strategies to manage responsibilities

**Required Skills**:

- Desire to understand key requirements of programs
- Ability to maximize programs and conform to supplier’s requirements.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
- Ability to multi-task is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and professional
- Understand and respect the duty of confidentiality
