**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Lead generation:

- Create and maintain social media campaigns optimized to generate sales leads.
- Respond to and qualify leads through platforms such as Facebook Messenger.
- Work with Brandt’s online lead administrator to ensure a prompt response from the appropriate salesperson.

Paid social media advertising:

- Own and manage part of Brandt’s Meta Ad Platform (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and any other future digital advertising channels as agreed to by the Director of Digital.
- Manage ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, audience & targeting research, building lookalike audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs.
- Conduct customer and market research for each advertising campaign to ensure campaigns reach the desired audience.

Organic social media management:

- Update social media posts according to the approved calendar.
- Monitor social media posts written about Brandt, respond with timely and approved responses.
- Create social campaigns with pricing options for paid social posts.
- Maintain leads generated from external website traffic and social media sites and provide to appropriate departments for follow-up.
- Assist in establishing social media and marketing strategy with business units.
- Prepare and interpret social analytics.

Subscriber management:

- Maintain database of information on subscribers as it relates to CASL regulations.

**Required Skills**:

- Post-secondary education, preferable in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Engagement or another related field.
- Minimum of two years of related or similar work experience.
- Experience working with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Facebook Ads.
- Strong communication, organizational and project management skills.
