**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Design and implement comprehensive health and wellness programs tailored to meet the needs of employees.
- Conduct assessments to identify employee health needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote wellness initiatives and encourage participation.
- Provide training and resources on health-related topics, including nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
- Monitor program effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and participation metrics.
- Supervise wellness staff and volunteers, ensuring they are trained and equipped to support program initiatives.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote wellness products or services within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of program participation and outcomes using appropriate math skills for data analysis.
- Engage with employees through effective communication to foster a positive attitude towards health initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service with an emphasis on health or wellness sectors.
- Strong sales skills to effectively promote wellness programs and products.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse employee groups.
- Proficiency in math for analyzing program data and metrics.
- Experience in supervising teams or managing projects is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to a diverse workforce.
- Background in retail management or experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
- A degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
