- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment or by hand.
- Ensure all kitchen tools and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
- Assist in taking out trash and properly disposing of waste and recyclables.
- Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, and other food prep areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Support end-of-day cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping kitchen floors.
- Notify kitchen management of any maintenance or supply issues.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- 1 year experience required, training will be provided.
- Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or hotel environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of proper dishwashing and sanitation procedures is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Willingness to take on physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
