The Role:
The Social Media Executive will play an integral role within the Social team as we look to redefine our social presence and accelerate growth within new environments to support Mulberry’s mission to become the leading sustainable global luxury brand in the next 5 years. You will assist with the day-to-day operations of Mulberry’s global social media activities ensuring flawless execution of publishing, reporting, campaign planning and research. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a hands-on attitude to collaborate with the wider Marketing, Digital and Creative teams to deliver inspirational content to Mulberry’s global audience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support with day-to-day planning, publishing and scheduling across Mulberry’s global social media channels.
- Co-ordinate the social copywriting process, briefing relevant and engaging copy and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the wider Social, Digital and Marketing teams to deliver weekly, monthly and campaign reporting across social media activity including competitor benchmarking.
- Liaise with global, regional and agency teams to communicate plans, content and reporting for organic social media initiatives.
- Assist with developing social first content briefs, managing deliverables with in-house and agency creative teams, ensuring content is optimised for platforms and adheres to best practices.
- Ideate around upcoming marketing moments, undertaking competitor and industry analysis to inform strategies.
- Coordinate product samples and send-outs to social agency and collaborators.
- Assist with social media agency spend tracking and invoicing.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Passionate about the digital media and fashion landscape with an expert understanding of social media platforms.
- Strives to be innovative, with a keen interest in trends, new initiatives and keeping on top of the competition.
- A clear understanding of the nuances between owned, paid and earned media.
- An analytical thinker who is confident in using excel to manipulate data and create reports.
- An eye for detail and ability to multitask when working in a fast-paced environment.
- An excellent communicator with strong written English.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- An understanding of APAC social media networks.
