support our Lower Mainland location in Surrey, BC. Raven Roofing is a well-respected RCABC commercial roofing company with a great reputation

The Service Roofing Foreman will lead the work of a Service Crew, participating in repairs, maintenance, inspection and installation of roof system. We are looking for an ambitious individual that is highly professional with commercial roofing experience and a desire to grow.

Responsibilities of the position include:

- Perform service duties such as leak calls, investigations, and maintenance inspections
- Complete roof evaluations and reporting
- Reporting to the Service Operations Manager and Coordinator
- Maintain good working relationships to be able to effectively communicate with clients
- Ensure company vehicle is in safe operating condition and is equipped with the required tools and equipment for each job
- Represent Raven Roofing in a professional manner
- Follow all safety guidelines and set-up safety systems
- Manage service crew in a productive and efficient manner
- Must have good communication and time management skills

**Knowledge & Abilities**:

- Working knowledge of a variety of roofing systems including SBS, EPDM, TPO, PVC, Tar &
Gravel
- Commercial roofing experience preferred
- Ability and experience with investigating and repairing leaks
- Must be able to life, carry, push, and pull heavy roofing materials (up to 80 lbs)
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, club ladders, scaffolding, and stairwells
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
- Minimum 1+ year of foreman experience
- Red Seal or Apprenticeship as a Roofer, Damp and Water proofer is an asset
- Valid BC Drivers License and Clean Driving Record

Pay: $72,000.00-$93,000.00 per year
