**NOW HIRING**: Recreational Sales Consultant

**LOCATION**: Centennial Auto Sport & Tire Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

**HOURS**: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and Saturday mornings from 8am - 12pm.

**WAGES**: $55,000 - $80,000 per year (commission based + benefits).

**APPLICABLE SKILLS**:

- **Goal-Oriented**: Demonstrates a results-driven attitude with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional experience.
- **Organized and Efficient**: Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Strong computer skills to effectively use sales and inventory systems, along with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- **Knowledge of the Industry**: Basic understanding of motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, marine, and power equipment is a bonus to assist customers with confidence.
- **Driver’s License**: A valid Canadian driver’s license is required.
- **Sales Experience**: While previous sales experience is not required, it will be considered a strong asset.
- **Strong Social Network**:Lots of friends, and strong social connections, active in local and online communities is a strong asset.

**JOB TASKS**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- **Needs Assessment**: Engage with customers by actively listening and asking questions to identify their specific needs and preferences.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and discretion.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay up-to-date on products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- **Sales Performance**: Consistently work toward and achieve individual and team sales goals.
- **Digital Marketing**: Leverage online platforms to market products and attract potential customers.
