**Barista / Cafe Attendant**

**Saturday & Sunday | 9am - 4pm**

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing all coffee, espresso, and tea based beverages in a timely manner according to menu and customer specifications
- Accurately inputting orders through POS system to ensure efficient communication and excellent service
- Setting up and closing down the barista station at the start and end of each shift while constantly monitoring cleanliness and sanitization of workspace and bar equipment
- Responsible for accurate and timely completion of cafe checklist each shift
- Supporting other restaurant tasks and teammates as required
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year hospitality experience, with barista knowledge
- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively, respectfully and work well with others in a team based setting
- Ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask when required
- Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Availability to work weekends, approximately 9am-4pm or 5pm, as business requires
- Food Handlers is an asset but not required

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour plus any gratuities
