NIGHT SHIFT ONLY

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain both physical and system inventory accuracy by monitoring, validating, and tracking inventory movements across all processes.
- Investigate and escalate inventory discrepancies while continuously improving procedures to enhance quality and accuracy.
- Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and compliance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including item master, part footprints, location management, replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Plan, schedule, and conduct cycle counts, near-zero counts, and physical counts in line with internal policies and customer requirements.
- Analyze inventory variances, update records as needed, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage damaged or defective products and customer claims, ensuring inventory adjustments are accurately processed to meet customer expectations.
- Provide feedback and report to management on operational accuracy based on audits, inventory counts, and system-related user errors.
- Communicate inventory issues to management and customers, including causes, resolutions, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the operations team to manage inventory flow and placement for maximum efficiency.
- Track and report inventory control activities and performance as defined by management and service level agreements.

**EDUCATION**
- Completion of secondary school is preferred
- College diploma in Logistics Management is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
