**Avenue Architecture Inc.** is a unique, fast-paced, dynamic architectural firm specializing in restaurant and retail design. We are conveniently located in downtown Toronto (Yonge and Eglinton area).
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Architectural Technology good to have
- Recent graduate in Architectural Program good to have
- Intermediate-Advanced experience with MS Office and Adobe
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to provide excellent client service
- Ability to follow process within strict deadlines
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, permits and construction-related terminology considered an asset
- Owning a vehicle to carry out critical, timely tasks like permit submissions considered an asset
**Responsibilities**:
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform follow-up phone calls to ensure timelines of response from consultants and other departments
- Monitor and maintain tracking systems; coordinate improvements and upkeep of information systems, databases and scanning documents
- Update and maintain information provided online City websites and building code updates, by-laws
- Assisting with construction administration services
- Prepare clear and concise reports, general review letters and correspondence
- Responsible for coordination of any meetings in the office as well site meetings
- Monitor construction progress site photos and following up with contractors to ensure received in timely fashion
- Monitor, schedule and track inspections requested, ensure inspections are preformed within the timeline requested
