**Job Summary**:
In this role, you will assist the Marketing and Sales Team to achieve corporate and marketing strategies by preparing marketing and sales material, communications and assisting with various other aspects related to the group, while providing superior on-going administrative support. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level professional looking to gain experience in Marketing & Sales

**Job Duties**:

- Arranges signage for centres from coast to coast by communicating with property managers, architects and site superintendents to confirm signage specs and regulations - liaising with signage companies to ensure completion of each project;
- Organizes and orders business cards, decals and murals for all centres and oversees the creation of van graphics;
- Ordering of marketing and event materials;
- Provides on-going support as needed to the Event/Digital Marketing Manager with all events, shows, Google/Yelp review management, Mailchimp and marketing distribution lists;
- Performs administrative maintenance on company website (e.g. keeping location pages up-to-date and supporting the Event/Digital Marketing Manager as needed);
- Tracks and reports all major marketing activities and campaigns by managing various spreadsheets and lists, showing participation in wellness fairs and ads as well as updating location listings, etc.;
- Participates in special events, fairs, sponsorship workshops as required;
- Assists with the collection and analysis of market, web and internet data as appropriate;
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Related college diploma or combination of education and experience in social media, administration, purchasing or negotiating.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrates initiative while working independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and solid proofreading skills
- Strong computer and creative graphic skills including Microsoft Suite, as well as savvy to work with a variety of graphic design programs including Adobe Suite
- Flexible work schedule, must work some evenings/week-ends as required
- Be in possession of and/or own vehicle and a Valid Ontario Driver’s License
- Able to lift, push and pull up to 45 pounds
