**We're Hiring: Therapist (RSW or LCT)-Part-Time Contract**

**Contract Hours**: 5-10 hours/week

At _Inner Connection Therapy and Wellness_, we believe that healing begins with safety, connection, and compassionate presence. We’re currently seeking **two Registered Social Workers (RSW)** or **Licensed Counseling Therapists (LCT)** to join our growing team and support clients on their journey toward emotional wellness and self-understanding.

Who We Are

We’re a heart-centered practice supporting children, teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, chronic pain, and disconnection. Our work is grounded in evidence-based therapy, infused with a deep respect for the nervous system, self-compassion, and mind-body connection.

While our approach integrates body-based and mindfulness-informed tools, we welcome therapists who are rooted in traditional modalities and are open-minded about whole-person healing.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for warm, collaborative therapists who want to build meaningful relationships with clients and contribute to a thoughtful, grounded, and supportive team culture.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You:

- Are a **Registered Social Worker (RSW)** or **Licensed Counseling Therapist (LCT)** in good standing
- Have 4+ years of experience supporting adult clients
- Are confident in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma
- Work from a compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-informed lens
- Are trained in (or open to) modalities like ACT, DBT, IFS, or mindfulness-based practices
- Are open to (but not required to use) integrative tools such as somatic awareness, nervous system education, or mindfulness
- Are available 5-10 hours per week with flexibility and potential to increase hours as clinic continues to grow.
