**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Manager of Live-in Treatment is responsible for providing a safe and therapeutic environment for all children in the Live-in Treatment Program, this includes overseeing the full daily operation and upholding Ministry Residential Licensing Standards. This role is vital in implementing client treatment plans, overseeing client admissions and discharges, providing regular training to front-line staff and working with service providers and family members/caregivers in various stages of the treatment program. The Manager of Live-in Treatment provides staff with support and coaching, ensuring assessments and interventions are linked to comprehensive treatment plans as prescribed by legislation and industry best practice, including working closely with child welfare and Ministry representatives focusing on standards of care, licensing requirements and bed utilization within the region.

**Location**: Queensville Site, this position will require travel within York Region.

**Hours of Work**: Forty (40) hours per week, including evenings, weekend work and on-call support on a rotational schedule.

**Salary Range**: $86,645 to $91,922

**A LOOK AT YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Clinical Management Responsibilities
- Ensure service delivery in live-in treatment complies with legislative and accreditation standards, including the Quality Standard Framework, Child, Youth and Family Services Act, Committee Consultation Assessment Services, and Ministry Residential Licensing Standards.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Clinical Services, provides clinical leadership support through maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and models for live-in treatment care that effectively meet the needs of clients.
- Participate in the screening, assessment and orientation of clients entering the Live-in Treatment Program.
- Provide direct support and guidance to Child and Youth Workers related to behaviour management and treatment implementation.
- Support in the maintenance of the home milieu setting, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the living space, specifically client rooms, bathrooms, grounds and common space.
- Support client well-being by ensuring routine medical care (e.g., medical, dental, optometry) is received, including arranging transportation to healthcare providers.
- Facilitate therapeutic and treatment group meetings, including regular house meetings to obtain client feedback and to address concerns following agency-approved models.
- Work collaboratively with cross-sector service provider partners (e.g., school boards/ teachers) and facilitates and attends meetings as needed.
- Work closely with Managers from other programs (e.g. Day Treatment, Clinical Services) to ensure collaboration between staff, effective planning for shared clients, and coordinated services between programs.
- Work closely with Clinical Manager(s) to ensure program assessment processes are followed to determine the eligibility for intensive programs and services in a timely manner, utilizing a client-focused and solution-focused approach to minimize vacancies and length of stay.
- Support in addressing all requests for records, verification of services and support letters.
- Implement quality assurance and evaluation processes that involve monitoring, collection, recording of clinical and service data, including submitting data in a timely manner and in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

Program Management Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily functioning of the program, including program structures and routines, treatment planning of clients, supervision of staff, and maintenance of building and operational needs.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss administrative, clinical and learning concerns that impact the team and/or clients, including assisting staff in problem-solving and providing knowledge-based sharing of industry best practices.
- Provide timely review of reports and ensures reporting timelines are followed.
- Work collaboratively with the Manager of Operations to maintain health and safety, licensing, accreditation, and other legislative requirements.
- Develop, implement and maintain program procedures and guidelines that meet the highest standards of practice.
- Work collaboratively with child welfare partners and other referral sources to ensure clear communication, collaboration,
