**Production Supervisor**

**The Role**:
We are looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to join All Clean Natural to supervise staff manufacturing products; organizes and monitors workflow.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains staff by training employees; developing personal growth opportunities; ongoing process improvement training, and training file organization.
- Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points.
- Perform Production duties as required.
- Implementing safe work practices across your team.
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data.
- Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, implementing change.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Resolves personnel problems by investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Contributes in safety meetings.
**Qualifications for Production Supervisor**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years or more supervising and leading a (food, packaging, cannabis, health, beverage, etc) manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience.
- Must have a forklift certificate and be able to drive one.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations in different units of measurement.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and Overtime if necessary).
