We are hiring an HR Business Partner who will play a crucial role in providing exceptional HR service and support to our business. As a trusted partner, you will advise and coach leaders and employees on HR matters, implement programs and policies, resolve employee relations issues, and drive positive change initiatives. Your focus will be on fostering strong relationships, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and setting a positive example for others to follow.

**In this role, you will**:

- Provide exceptional HR service and support to the business across multiple locations.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and employees on various HR matters.
- Implement HR programs, policies, and procedures to drive business goals and outcomes.
- Resolve employee relations issues and promote a fair and consistent approach.
- Drive positive change initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Foster strong relationships and set a positive example for others to follow.
- Play a key role in workforce management.

**You have**:

- Relevant education in Human Resources or related field.
- 5-8 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing with a focus on employee relations.
- CPHR designation or pursuing it.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and effective communication.
- Proven skills in active listening, conflict resolution, influence, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Excellent people skills, customer service orientation, multitasking ability, and collaboration in a multi-site organization.
