_Trial Position - Potential for Summer-Long Work_

ClearLights Canada is hiring a **Headlight Restoration Technician** to run our mobile tent setup in Lethbridge. This is a **two-week trial** to test the location's performance, with the potential to continue through the summer. This role involves daily transport, setup, and takedown of the full workstation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transport the tent, tools, and equipment from Elegance Upholstery to the job site each day
- Set up and take down the restoration tent and equipment daily
- Perform headlight restorations using a pneumatic sander and polisher
- Greet customers and explain the service professionally
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work independently with occasional check-ins from the owner

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Physically capable of loading, unloading, and setting up equipment each day
- Comfortable using **power tools** (polisher, sander, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Interest or background in automotive, bodywork, or detailing is a strong asset
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently outdoors

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weather-dependent, outdoor work
- Two-week trial with opportunity to continue through the summer

**Compensation**:

- **$15/hour base pay**:

- **+$5 bonus per completed service**:

- Typical services take 30-40 minutes - busy days can exceed **$20/hour** in total earnings
