Human Resources Assistant, Bookkeeper, Admin

**Your daily functions will include**:
- Assisting with administrative overflow
- Data Entry, and inputting data into our software for submission
- Managing and overseeing office supplies and maintaining appropriate quantities
- Bookkeeping, Accounting and working with our Accounting Department
- Other projects and duties as required
- Must have strong organization skills, and be detail oriented and reliable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, self motivated
- Ability to work independently and mínimal supervision

**Qualifications for position**:
- Bachelor’s University Degree in Accounting or Business Administration (Preferrable) or College Degree
- Knowledge of MS Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Ability to create and work with spreadsheets
- Good at managing timesheets, hours, charts and tables for employee management
- Good typing skills, literacy and well read.
- Ability to pass criminal record check
- We offer competitive compensation commensurate to experience.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON M3J 0H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
