We are looking for a talented Baker to bake our delicious artisanal breads. You will be responsible for making, cooking and selling our baked goods. As a baker, you should have strong organizational skills. You will also have to be attentive to detail and pay close attention to measurements. Baker duties include baking, preparing and packaging all the breads in a fast and efficient manner. You should have a good knowledge of baking techniques and skills, as well as experience selling goods. Ultimately, the goal is to produce breads that exceed our customers' expectations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Qualifications:.
- Attention to detail (handling dough, baking pans, and other baking items);.
- Basic math skills (measuring ingredients, keeping track of inventory);.
- Manual dexterity (mixing and kneading ingredients, working with ovens and other machinery);.
- Good communication skills (receiving and following instructions, responding to patrons' questions and concerns).
- Education:.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is often required.
- Baking classes and/or experience in a commercial bakery environment are beneficial but not required.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
