As a **Process Supervisor, **you are responsible for managing, driving improvements, and providing support to the coatings manufacturing process of the plant by working with key internal teams such as the Lab, Maintenance, and Production. Accountable for improving products, and processes and supporting overall plant manufacturing performance to meet current and future requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manages and drives the process of improving manufacturing performance including analysis and rapid response to performance trends and anticipating initiatives to meet customer needs.
- Facilitation of regular production meetings to enhance the communications between shifts and team
- Manages and drives the process of improving manufacturing performance
- Review and update process instructions as needed.
- Coordinate process issues affecting quality with production to maintain a high level of quality assurance
- Assist in documentation & implementation of corrective actions
- Work with shift leaders to assure compliance with production processes
- Provide guidance in complying with TS16949
- Perform gauge R & R’s testing and SPC. documentation.
- Schedule physical testing of customer parts.
- Monitor & maintain process lab chemicals and order chemical inventory. Review the rejected materials caused by the process and correct the process.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process engineering along with approximately **1 - 3 years** engineering related experience is required or **2+years** of experience and process knowledge.
- Manufacturing process experience is **REQUIRED**.
- Demonstrated technical leadership abilities are a must, and working knowledge of manufacturing systems and technology, product design, or related experience is commensurate with the complexity associated with the manufacturing environment.
- Excellent time management and work organizational (prioritization) skills.
- Highly proficient with the full Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio).
- Knowledge of process evaluation, time study, statistical methods analysis Advanced knowledge of SPC.
- Must be an analytical team player with strong leadership, problem-solving, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels in the organization.
