Gestionnaire, Communications et Engagement
Le titulaire de ce poste dirige les activités de communication et d’engagement (c'est-à-dire la communication interne, la communication externe ainsi que les activités d’engagement et programmes culturels.) au sein de Rolls-Royce Canada.
A la responsabilité spécifique de concevoir, de gérer et mettre en œuvre des projets de communication et d’engagement identifiés dans le plan d’affaires.
Principales responsabilités:
Comprendre les exigences et le contexte organisationnel afin de formuler et d’exécuter la stratégie de communication et d’engagement de Rolls-Royce Canada dans un objectif de développement d’une culture organisationnelle.
Travailler avec les gestionnaires et les employés pour identifier les projets et/ou les événements nécessaires pour soutenir le programme de communication et d’engagement (Généralement avec l’accord du gestionnaire sénior).
Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre d'un cadre de travail et des outils nécessaires pour livrer la ou les activités planifiées.
Diriger la création et la mise en œuvre d’un plan d’action répondant aux résultats du sondage Gallup Q12, dans le but d’instaurer une mentalité d’amélioration et d’engagement.
Fournir des orientations, un encadrement et des conseils en matière de communication aux gestionnaires ainsi qu’aux décideurs. Identifier les problématiques, analyser les risques et établir les plans d’actions
Organiser des événements et autres activités sur le site dans le cadre du plan d’engagement.
Exigences de base:
- Titulaire d'un diplôme dans un domaine pertinent et/ou vaste expérience pertinente et connaissance de l'industrie.
- Bilinguisme avec d'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en français et en anglais
- Expérience avérée dans un rôle conseil en communication, réalisation de projets et l'organisation d'événements dans le but d’améliorer l’engagement des employés et développer une culture organisationnelle.
- Connaissance approfondie des tendances et plateformes actuelles des médias numériques/sociaux
- Capacité à hiérarchiser et livrer plusieurs projets dans des délais serrés
Exigences préférées:
- Idéalement, membre d'une organisation ou d'un organisme professionnel et posséder une qualification professionnelle appropriée.
- Communicateur efficace capable de transmettre des idées et des concepts à la direction et gestionnaires séniores.
- Capacité à comprendre les besoins de l'entreprise et à trouver des solutions créatives pour atteindre les résultats souhaités
- Expérience antérieure dans le développement et la gestion d'événements et d'activités d'engagement

Communications and Engagement Manager
To lead communications and engagement activity (I.e. internal comms / external comms / engagement and cultural programs) for Rolls-Royce Canada. Take specific responsibility for designing, managing and delivering communications and engagement projects identified to support the business plan.
Principle Responsibilities
To understand the business requirements and context to be able to formulate, lead and execute the communication and engagement strategy for Rolls-Royce Canada, with the overall aim of developing the organization culture.
To work with line managers and employees to identify projects and/or events as required to support the communication and engagement agenda. (Typically, approval is required from Senior Management).
To develop and implement a framework and /or toolkit ensuring the communication and engagement activity / plan can be delivered.
Encouraged to seek external research / best practice and new ideas. Expected to offer up new ideas (communications channels, cultural programs, employee engagement activities) for consideration to develop the organization culture.
Take a lead role in developing and delivering an action plan in response to the Gallup Q12 survey to drive improvement in engagement scores and proposals to senior leadership teams.
