**What You’ll Do**:

- Hunt down leads: marketing-generated, technician-generated, and self-sourced
- Meet homeowners face-to-face and close HVAC system deals like a pro
- Leverage rebates, specials, financing, and customer buying habits
- Follow up relentlessly—warm calls, cold calls, side-of-the-road calls
- Use our CRM (ServiceTitan) to track every opportunity from hello to install
- Learn, adapt, improve—every single day
- Build relationships fast, earn trust, and offer real, high-value solutions
- Represent the Darrick Davidson brand with honesty, grit, and hustle

Pay: $53,766.88-$182,609.84 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
