As our new Demand Relationships Manager, your goal will be to help grow the business by securing new partnerships and managing relationships with current demand partners, developing projects that will see us through a significant growth period over the next several years.

Responsibility:

- Develop operational plans and drive execution for business development and sales.
- Grow overall revenue by pursuing and onboarding new programmatic demand partners.
- Support on digital marketing and product branding.
- Work closely with Tech team to successfully onboard SSPs and Ad Exchanges through header bidding or open RTB integration.
- Improve clients' monetization by connecting them with demand partners.
- Build relationships with DSPs, agencies, and direct advertisers to create PMP and Preferred Deals
- Manage the whitelisting process of websites according to demand preferences

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

- 3+ years of sales experience, with proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Minimum 2 years working with Ad tech and knowledge of digital marketing
- Strong and effective planning and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, communications, or business administration preferred
- Superb presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn rapidly and be adaptable to change
- Highly self-motivated, able to work with mínimal supervision

This is a base salary plus uncapped commission-based position.

The salary will be discussed upon interview.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
