**General Description of Role**:
**Responsibilities**
- Prioritizes and manages workload amongst the available warehouse staff while ensuring overtime (OT) is controlled/reduced without negatively affecting our customers
- Assist where required to ensure productions goals are achieved. KPI including - Team Safety, Warehouse RK, Pick error rate and Cost per/transaction
- Ensures safety directives are met and adhered to in the warehouse (PPE, equipment usage)
- Ensure that warehouse is kept clean and organized on a daily basis by following the 5’S methodology
- Work with Manager to determine and record employee performance
- Ensure all (receiving/end of day) reports are kept up to date and submitted weekly to the Manager
- Ensure that all transactions are properly entered into the Oracle system
- Ensure that warehouse personnel follow all established procedures. (Daily activities) by following all outlined SOP’s
- Complete inventory counts as scheduled and/or requested i.e. cycle counts, full physical counts
- Follow all Safety Protocols outline by Regal Rexnord
- Load and unload trucks and containers as required
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies through coordinating with manager
- Daily oversee receiving activities are completed correctly
- Daily oversee picking and shipping activities are completed correctly
- Provide training, guidance and support to team members
- Perform other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- 5-7 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Strong technical computer skills and understanding of MS Office Suite
- Team management experience (3 to 4 people) - Pervious experience is an asset
- Valid Driver’s License
- Certification required for Order Picker, Counter Balance and Reach Truck
- Experience working with a Warehouse Management System with barcode scanning software
- Adheres to all work safety rules and regulations
- Service focused, accurate
- Strong organizational skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Detailed oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good people skills, able to maintain cooperative relationships with all departments
- Strong written & oral communication skills required
- Bi -lingual in French and English
- Works well with mínimal supervision

- Prioriser et gèrer la charge de travail parmi le personnel de l'entrepôt tout en veillant à ce que les heures supplémentaires soient sous contrôle/réduites sans affecter négativement nos clients
- Aider au besoin pour assurer l'atteinte des objectifs de production. Indicateurs Clés de Performance (KPI - Key Performance Indicator) comprenant - la Sécurité de l'équipe, Respect par l’entrepôt de la date de livraison demandée (Warehouse RK), Taux d'erreur de sélection (Pick error rate) et Coût par transaction
- S'assurer que les directives de sécurité sont appliquées et respectées dans l'entrepôt (EPI - Equipment de Protection Individuel, utilisation de l'équipement)
- S'assurer que l'entrepôt est maintenu propre et organisé au quotidien en suivant la méthodologie des 5'S
- Travailler avec le superviseur pour déterminer et documenter le rendement des employés
- S'assurer que tous les rapports (réception/fin de journée) sont tenus à jour et soumis chaque semaine au superviseur
- S'assurer que toutes les transactions sont correctement saisies dans le système Oracle
- S'assurer que le personnel de l'entrepôt suit toutes les procédures établies. (Activités quotidiennes) en suivant toutes les PFN (SOP) - procédés de fabrication normalisés - appropriées
- Compléter les décomptes d’inventaires comme prévu et/ou demandé : inventa
