**Eco Property Maintenance** is one of the lower mainland's premier landscape contractors. Working from our equipment yard / office in North Vancouver we complete all kinds of residential landscape installations and maintenance from single family homes, luxury estates to commercial properties & buildings.

- Assisting with various types of installations & maintenance, pruning, hedging, turf & soil installation, planting and much more
- Working around and learning to use various types of machinery -skidsteers, excavators, tracked dumpers, forklifts, snow removal equipment etc.
- Working outdoors throughout all seasons - sun, rain & snow
- Snow removal (Winter) using plows, ATV’s, Skidsteers etc.
- Communicating with the crew and management on the execution of the projects

**General Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, coordinate and manage teams & scheduling
- Build & maintain healthy relationships with clients
- Maintain and clean trucks, equipment and tools
- Produce 40 hours of work per week, year round
- Assist in various data tracking and help build on existing systems / procedures
- Good fit with and desire to build on Vancouver Premier Contracting culture

**Compensation**:

- Competitive wages ($27 p/h - $31+ p/h) based on experience and accreditation
- Monthly cell allowance
- Over time, stat & sick pay
- 4% paid vacation + annual increases (adding 1 additional day each year)

**Requirements**:

- Valid BC Drivers License
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
- Previous Landscaping experience
- Previous Supervisor/Team Lead experience
- Ability to work in all climates year round
- Able to lift 50lbs
