**Contractor Sales**

**Rate of Pay**: Depending on Experience

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide estimates, job quotes and sales to customers in a timely manner;
- Assist customers with their building materials inquires in a friendly and knowledgeable manner;
- Create and facilitate sales orders and purchase orders, within ERP software;
- Communicate with appropriate departments to ensure adequate supply of merchandise is in stock;
- Accurately record sales orders into Point of Sales system or other methods;
- Respond to inquiries from customers, distributors as required;
- Perform other duties as required.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of lumber and building materials is an asset but not required;
- A proven ability to adapt, multi-task, work both independently and in a team environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills, logical and efficient, with attention to detail;
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced demanding environment;
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems are considered an asset;
- Reliable vehicle is required, as this is a non-bus route;
- Highly motivated.
