Looking for a job that will both challenge and reward you? Clintar is looking for many positive, dedicated, and hardworking winter crew members in multiple cities across Canada.

**Description**:
Winter crew members will provide snow related services to our commercial customers in a proper and timely fashion.

Depending on the market, we are hiring for all positions including snow shovelers, plow operators and supervisory roles.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ability to work variable shifts including weekends, early morning and late nights.
- Must be available on call at all times.
- Must be able to perform physical duties for extended periods of time.
- Work on a snow removal schedule set by the Crew Leader & Supervisor.
- Follow all Health and Safety Regulations including wearing Clintar appointed PPE.

**Experience preferred for equipment operating roles**:

- Experience shoveling or operating snow blowers preferred
- Experience with a snow plow truck, tractor, wheel loader or salt truck preferred

**Physical Demands/ Work Environment**:

- Must be comfortable working outside in winter weather conditions in order to perform the essential duties of this position.
- Must frequently lift/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift/or move up to 50 pounds.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record for driving roles
- Must have own transportation to yard when on call.
- Must be available to work all shifts including early morning, late night, and weekends.
