Role: Oracle Order Service Management Lead
Location : Brampton, Ontario Canada (ONSITE)
Duration : Fulltime

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers, business primes, business systems analysts (BSAs), and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and refine the project plan.
- Produce High-Level Design (HLD) documents, Detailed Design Documents (DDD), and other project-related documentation.
- Develop agile user stories, assign story points, and engage in continuous backlog refinement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other developers on best coding and design practices.
- Review the QA test plan, test cases, provide support during QA testing, and address any defects identified.

Core Skills:

- A graduate degree in computer science or a related field.
- Over 10 years of software development experience in the telecommunications (BSS/OSS) sector or a related domain.
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle OSM, ASAP, and UIM development, including expert knowledge of XQuery and XPath.
- A decade of programming expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, JNDI, JMS, SQL, Oracle WebLogic, Apache, RESTful web services, and SOAP.
- Proven experience with code reviews, object-oriented design, design patterns, and unit testing spanning more than 10 years.
- A minimum of 3 years working in Agile development environments.
- Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PL/SQL) and an understanding of NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and Azure cloud services.

- A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with solid interpersonal abilities.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
