The Junior Finance Administrator will Assist our Finance Department Manager in the input and accuracy of financial records of the business, including, accounts payable, and a double check on real estate trust and commission accounts. You will work under the Finance Department Manager and report to the COO and CEO; working alongside a team of five other full-time staff.
- Hours**:Mon - Friday 9-5 pm**:

- Location: St.Albert Trail Branch located at 13120 St.Albert Trail
- Compensation: $20 hour ( negotiable based on experience )

**Experience**:
**Duties Include**:
**Associates**:

- Assisting in Daily Commission Payroll
- Handling all Associate reports as requested/delegated
- Report and Managing Garnishees
- Agent Billing

**Management and Reporting**:

- Reporting to RE/MAX Western - Monthly
- Financial statement reporting to Management
- Identify opportunities to save/make money for the company

**Accounting**:

- All Accounts Payable
- GST Reporting - Monthly (AP)
- Accurate recording of management & Staff expenses
- Accurate recording of all General Ledger Accounts
- Annual submissions to CMN, CBCF, ERF and manage funds
- VISA Reconciliation CFO monthly statements

Manage GL Financial Accounts
- Commission/trust/General Bank reconciliations - Monthly
- Financial Records Management
- Electronic filing of past year Accounts Payable
- Electronic Filing of Bank Deposits

Year-End Preparations
- Year-end audits and journal entries from accountants
- CFO Reporting and Query

General Task
- Effective management and utilization of task management software

Maintaining Department policy and Procedure Documents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
