About Us

We are seeking a **Survey Technician** for our **Northern Alberta** projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Topographic and quantity surveys.
- Construction staking and layout.
- Set up and monitor heavy equipment GPS machine control.
- Assist with miscellaneous technical activities or general labor as required.
- Shift work within compliance of provincial legislation.

Job Requirements:

- 0-5 years industry experience in geomatics or civil engineering technology.
- 0-5 years industry experience with field survey data collection software, Microsoft Office, or other software for civil design.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Committed team player and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel within Alberta

Education : High school diploma or Post-Secondary Diploma in Civil Engineering or Geomatics

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Acheson, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- surveying: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 drivers licence (preferred)
