**Job description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales to ensure a delightful shopping experience for our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, offering personalized assistance to help them find the ideal hot tub to suit their needs and preferences.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our hot tub products, features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate and educate customers on their options.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain the unique features and advantages of different hot tub models to potential customers.
- Actively listen to customer requirements and concerns, and recommend suitable products or solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including providing accurate pricing information, negotiating terms, and closing sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the store management team to ensure proper inventory levels and assist in maintaining a visually appealing and organized sales floor.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market developments to anticipate customer demands and maintain a competitive edge.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-up communications, including thank-you notes, product updates, and upcoming promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities, such as in-store events, marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives.
- Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and product knowledge sessions to enhance sales skills and stay updated on product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and adapt your approach to different individuals.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn and articulate the features and benefits of our hot tubs.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
- Coachable personality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of sales transactions and customer information.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the store's schedule.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, CRM, Computer skills, Ability to text, send pictures, create videos, basic digital marketing.
- A passion for outdoor living, wellness, and a genuine interest in the benefits of hot tubs is highly desirable.

**Have lots of fun and make $$ selling high-end residential hot tubs, saunas, gazebos and other lifestyle products.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Must deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Work with customer through all phases of the sales process to determine their needs, then recommend the right product whether in store, on the website or at their home
- Assist with all store operations including opening/closing store, assisting retail department with stocking and sales.
- Must enjoy making and receiving lots of phone calls, not only for sales leads, but delivery checks, water care questions, referrals, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of Big Ticket Item sales
- Reliable Transportation as we have multiple locations
- Must be able to work Weekends, and evenings
- Outgoing personality with a hunger for sales

Pay: $64,341.65-$143,843.08 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
