**OVERVIEW**:
The Client Care Specialist is essential to the success of our department, serving as a key driver in achieving group sales goals. This role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience that is not only responsive and positive but also aligned with the esteemed reputation our brand has built. By fostering strong relationships with groups and advisors, the Client Care Specialist ensures that we are not only retaining existing clients but also positioning ourselves favorably for new business opportunities. Their support to our account executives in pursuing these opportunities further enhances our service quality and solidifies our commitment to building lasting partnerships within the market.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Foster and develop strong relationships with advisors.
- Respond to inquiries from Plan Administrators, Advisors, and Members.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
- Build and maintain trust with Plan Administrators and Advisors to reduce complaints or cancellations.
- Manage requests for plan revisions and cancellations in collaboration with Account Executives (AEs) and Client Success Managers (CSMs), ensuring internal and external follow-up.
- Partner with AEs on finalist presentations for prospective groups, supporting both in-person and virtual delivery.
- Lead and document the end-to-end enrollment process, acting as the primary liaison between clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal documentation and manage non-pricing and related requests.
- Deliver training sessions for Plan Administrators and Members on best practices and ongoing plan management.
