Brandt Group of Companies is currently seeking a **Shipping Supervisor** to join our team in **Regina, Saskatchewan** location.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that loads are completed in a timely manner and without damage.
- Report manpower requirements to meet monthly budget.
- Report shipping progress daily to General Shop Foreman.
- Suggest new methods to improve loading efficiency as well as ways to reduce damages as a result of shipping.
- Train new employees, and coach existing employees.
- Involved in all aspects with staff including reviews, wage adjustments, hiring, time cards, etc.
- Work in a team environment.
- Enforce company rules and policies
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:
Must have an understanding of all the shipping and receiving procedures including but not limited to:

- Inspection of loads and load sheets.
- Have knowledge of yard layout in regard to storage of finished products.
- Keeping the wholegoods side of the yard clean and orderly.
- Reporting of any and all damages to finished products.
- Must be capable of operating all yard equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Must be physically fit to manually handle all goods, steel and products as required.
- Must have good positive communication skills and good attendance.
- Assist office logistics when required and available.
