**What you’ll do** As the Manger of the Marketing department, you will strive to develop a comprehensive understanding of Neptronic’s product line and its different regional markets to contribute your knowledge, experience, and creativity in ensuring the planning and execution of effective marketing strategies.

On a typical day, you will
- Oversee and manage the marketing department
- Work closely with the VP Sales and Marketing to oversee the marketing strategies
- Oversee research and analyses of market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Track all marketing and sales data and market forecasts
- Seek and use client feedback and business intelligence to come up with initiatives for new products or services
- Develop and maintain the brand image per product division
- Organize trade shows all around the world
- Provide in-depth information to stakeholders
- Act as a representative for the marketing department in important client meetings and/or tradeshows (worldwide)
- Work with staff to develop detailed plans for all media channels and sales teams
- Oversee the creative and cost-effective development of promotional materials
- Lead Neptronic LinkedIn account by promoting visibility to customers and potential customers
- Maintain our Business-2-Business partner representative relationship
- Oversee all aspects of the Neptronic website
- Communicate with various media sources, outsourced partners, printers, and other services
- Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
- Provide and analyze sales reports

- Your qualifications_
- A combination of academic background in Administration/Commerce/Marketing, and/or 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English and good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization and manage multiple projects
- Highly developed sense of aesthetics, creativity, and imagination
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
- Good analytical skills and aptitude for problem-solving
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Marketing knowledge in Sendinblue, Google Analytics, Sales Analytics, LinkedIn
- Your assets_
- Experience in a B2B environment
- Experience in the field of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of software like QuarkXPress, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Manufacturing experience
