Main Responsibilities: - Welcome guests visiting the Dealership showroom - Answer and re-route incoming calls to the appropriate individual - Accurately collect information and distribute accordingly in a timely manner - Collect and receipt payments and deposits - Refer guests to the appropriate department - Inventory control and reports. - Various office tasks upon request as assigned by management. - Keep the showroom and lounge areas clean, tidy and stocked Skills and Experience: - Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately collect information - Demonstrated pleasant, friendly manner - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Organizational ability and attention to detail - Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion - Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to our Guests - Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals - Reception and Dealership experience, an asset Please note that only considered applicants will be contacted.
