Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as excavators, loaders, and graders, to perform various construction and excavation tasks. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate excavators, loaders, and graders to perform excavation, grading, and other construction tasks
- Use horizontal drilling techniques to install utilities
- Perform backhoe operations for digging trenches and excavating areas
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport equipment to job sites
- Collaborate with the construction team to pave, build, and bulldoze areas as required
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of backhoe operation techniques
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
