**About the Role**

The Design & Sales Support Associate is a hybrid role that bridges **sales, design, client experience, and field operations**. This individual will work directly with the Sales Director and Owner to support the entire lifecycle of our high-end landscape construction projects — from first client contact through to job completion.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to grow into a **full-time design leadership role** in the future.

**Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Support**
- Assist the Sales Director and Owner with appointment scheduling, client communication, and proposal preparation.
- Build **job packages** that clearly communicate scope, materials, and details for field crews.
- Support material ordering and vendor coordination to ensure projects are supplied on time.
- Help manage **customer satisfaction**, including tracking feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring clear communication throughout projects.

**Design Support**
- Bring design expertise to 2d and 3d developing preliminary landscape designs and visual presentations for clients.
- Prepare supporting documents, drawings, and take-offs for proposals and job packages.
- Craft crew job plans include detailed specs, grade drawings, measurements and pattrerns to follow for our field team.

**Field Support**
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure **plant material and hardscape products** arrive on time and in the right quantities.
- Support crews in the field with materials, deliveries, and logístical needs to keep projects on schedule.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day site needs by providing timely support from the office or field as required.
- Maintain strong communication between the design/sales office and the operations team.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with landscaping, horticulture, or construction is an asset.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and support during snow events.
- A growth mindset and interest in advancing toward a **design leadership role**.

**Compensation & Growth Path**
- **Base Salary**: $70,000 annually
- **Bonus Potential**: Up to $10,000 annually, tied to client satisfaction and project performance
- **Growth Path**:

- **Stage 1 (0-18 months)**: Hybrid support role across sales, design, admin, and field operations.
- **Stage 2 (18-36 months)**: Transition into full-time design work, producing intricate design packages.
- **Stage 3 (3-5 years)**: Potential to lead a **design team**, oversee design-build sales, and grow into a **$100,000+ role** with commissions.
