Responsible for project management of overall ESG strategy to achieve ESG targets, drive brand value, evaluate and evolve ESG strategic direction, and reporting of ESG progress. Primary responsibilities are undertaking or managing environmental, social and governance (ESG) related due-diligence, tracking of metrics, impact assessments, and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the development, implementation, and provide management oversight of an internal ESG data management system.

Support ESG reporting by defining metrics and implementing consistent data collection processes

Proactively build relationships with key internal teams as content owners

Support annual ESG reporting needs including alignment to standards (e.g. SASB, GRI, TCFD, etc.)

Identify and proactively manage sustainability reporting trends, with action-oriented recommendations

Support survey responses to priority ESG rating indexes (e.g.; Sustainalytics)

Evaluate new initiatives against ESG material topics and best practices

Conduct peer benchmarking and proactively monitor, assess, and evaluate impact of ESG-related standards and trends to derive insights to appropriately inform the reporting strategy and drive best-in-class ESG disclosures. Share findings, insights and education material with the ESG team

Contribute to the development and implementation of an internal ESG management system.

Support our environmental initiatives by assisting with our annual GHG emissions inventory, reporting our TargetZero progress, and making recommendations to support our targets

Work with ESG team, department leads, and other key stakeholders in preparation and review of ESG annual disclosure

Work cross-functionally to ensure our ESG strategy and key KPIs are integrated across the company's greater corporate strategy

Assist with other project management duties and special projects as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
EDUCATION Post-secondary degree in Sustainability, Accounting, Engineering, OR equivalent experience in a related field

QUALIFICATION Team player, strong organizational and project management skills, passion for sustainability and driving corporate social impact, self-starter with enthusiasm and willingness to learn and stay abreast of constantly evolving developments, enjoy working with data and have advanced analytic and reporting capabilities, ability to lead project in a cross-functional and cross-cultures environment, knowledge of applicable global sustainability standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.), understanding of ESG reporting

EXPERIENCE 3+ years of relevant corporate experience in Sustainability or ESG, preferably in manufacturing, machinery, or plastic packaging solutions
