**Who You Are**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum grade 12 education required. Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in an external customer services environment.
- EDI/Logistics or similar capacity
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to conduct presentations
- Must have knowledge customs documentation requirements
- Must be familiar with OEM packaging specification guidelines
- Must have computer skills; including Windows and MS Office, Lotus Notes, Epicor
- Must be team oriented and possess strong communication
- Possess a valid Ontario Driver’s license
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with IATF16949 requirements
- Health and Safety, First Aid and CPR training

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be the point of contact for all customers
- Address issues in a professional and proficient manner in order to provide 100% customer satisfaction
- Validate / resolve customer inquiries and if applicable; escalate case to aftermarket support staff / Electrical design service technician
- Coordinate remote service, payment approval and part shipment with 3rd party repair vendors
- Follow and expand upon Aftermarket warranty processes & policy documentation
- Maintains accurate and timely handling of all orders and customer documents
- Facilitate internal plant part transfer documentation requests from purchasing
- Coordinate customer part sales including quotation, shipment, Epicor documentation and invoice payments
- Ensures all shipping documentation is accurate and entered correctly in Epicor
- Coordinate shipments for expediated items through FedEx, UPS and other external logistics providers.
- Performs other duties or special projects to support department and other personnel
- Monitor and report department measurables as directed by Manager.
- Assists with any additional duties as assigned by Manager
