**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The role of the Client Care Representative (CCR) is to strengthen the human-animal-veterinary bond through exceptional care. Your role is vital to the success of our practice as you are the first and last point of contact the client has with us whether it is in person or on the phone. As a representative of **Signal Hill Animal Clinic**, it is your primary job to ensure that the client and their pet feel welcomed, expertly cared for and immensely appreciated.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Keep the reception area organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Promote a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
- Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology is a plus.
- Completion of the Veterinary Receptionist certificate is preferred.

- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
